The crystals worked great! I was able to use a few or as many crystals as I choose, and not reply upon the manufacturers of the numerous exfoliants on the market. Plus, I was able to apply just the right amount of pressure with my fingers when scrubbing my face so as not to irritate my skin. I liked using the crystals with plain water--that seemed to achieve the results I was looking for. I intend to purchase the product again.
