A day after I received and opened the item, the butter dried out and turned hard. I have to scrape it out of the container with my fingernails, and trying to apply it to my body is very hard. It's solid, so it won't smooth out when applied. Mine looks nothing like the picture above. It's a solid, hard chunk, that I could probably remove in one piece out of the jar if I had to. I'm very disappointed, especially given the price. It can't be blamed on operator error either; I make sure to put the cover on very tightyly - and even if I didn't, should the product turn solid in one day? I'm not impressed. I won't be purchasing again.
