What I love about Afrin Pure Sea Nasal Mist, Medium Stream is the delivery system. The nozzle is long and narrow enough to reach further, and the stream is more powerful than any other option I've tried. I wish there was a stronger stream available, maybe "Firehose Strength," but that's because I'm severely congested due to chronic allergies and sinusitis. I've tried the reusable Neti pots and other sprays, but they don't get through my clogged nasal passages to even get near the sinuses. For me, this product does a better job of clearing things out and helping me breathe easier, so I highly recommend it for anyone with severe allergy/sinus/congestion problems.
