I tried many eyeliners before and max factor max eyeliner was the best. as max factor left US market I started to search a new one. This eyeliner was my first almay product but it suddenly became my no 1 eyeliner. First of all it's a twist up pencil. I hate those kohl style eyeliners. they get small very quickly and need to throw away without finishing them. but with the twist up ones you use every bit of them and they deserve every penny. it also has a sharpener on the back so you can either get a thinner line. I agree with the other reviewers, yes this is not an easily blendeable pencil. but if you want a perfect line on your eyelash like when you have with the inked eyeliners and want it there stay put all through the day without smudging this is your eyeliner. I usually wear make up early in the morning before I go to work and do not refreshen it all day. this eyeliner always stays there when I come back home.it fades just a little bit after 10 hours but never gives the racoon eyes effect like most of the eyeliners.
