As a hair product, I like it. It gives decent hold without "too much" (no hard/brittle feeling) with a little bit of shine but again, not too much.
However, the way this is being sold, as a 2-pack, did not work out for me. I only received 1 and had to contact customer service to get credited back half the price. Unfortunately it's not the first time I've run into this "only getting 1 item of a multipack" problem at Amazon. I would warn others that this might happen to them also. I found that "purchasing, receiving, and then having to talk to customer service" not worth the hassle - I probably would have bought it at a brick and mortar store instead.
