I purchased the American Crew Firm Hold Hair Styling Gel - 33.8 oz from amazon as I now have Amazon Prime. The product arrived very quickly, but the packaging was damaged in transit. The top had cracked open and all the gel had spilled out. Fortunately for the great customer service of Amazon.com, I received a refund and order the product again with no issues. Two thumbs up for Amazon. I am slowly buying more and more variety products with confidence from Amazon.com
