I own several Andis pet clipper products so I trusted the brand. I was wrong!
I don't think Andis manufactured this product. It's just a generic, low quality dryer disguised as an Andis.

The Andis Tourmaline Ionic Ceramic Dryer with Retractable Cord has 1875 watts of drying power. The tourmaline crystals, crushed from precious gemstones, emit negative ions that quickly seal the cuticle layer and eliminate frizz for smoother, silkier hair. The ceramic preserves moisture, creating incredible luster and shine. Ionic technology dries hair faster by breaking up water molecules. The dryer features a retractable cord for easy storage. The dryer features 3 heat and 2 air settings for styling control. The unit also had a cool shot button to lock in styles. Designed and engineered in the United States, Andis also offers a complete line of quality clippers and trimmers for consumers and animal grooming as well as a full line of wall mounted hair dryers for the hotel industry. Andis warrants its products to the original purchaser against defective material or workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. All implied warranties are also limited to five years.
