I work out quite a few times a week and have muscle tightness, soreness, and ache. I stretch and do flexibility work outs to take care of the issues. I bought this product to help relieve pain in an arthritic shoulder joint, but found that it was not effective. I believe it would be more effective for use in muscle pain. Review: pain relief

Excellent product. It has reduce the discomfort, thou not entirely, but enough to allow one to sleep at night. I think over time, the item will help relieve the discomfort in my upper back, left side, shoulder and neck. This couple with massage should eliminate the muscle knots in do time.
