I give this product 5 stars for living up to all my expectations. This winter ( well CA winter ) I suffered a lot from dry skin between the eyes and near the noise to a degree where it all looked redish and such. I tried several much more expensive creams and lotions and while they seemed to help some the redness didn't go away completely even when applying in the night before bed and in the morning. Then I picked up the Aveeno and it works great. My skin is much better and I apply it only once. Someone said it would not leave a film which for me is not completely true but the beauty of the residue is that it does not feel greasy or such. I only realize it when I touch my face. I have a slight concern around the ingredient dimethicol after looking it up but I surely will continue to use it during the winter months and spring is already here. I use it also as an after shave. It's great and soothing against razor burn. Review: Relieves The Itch With Menthol

This is a superb lotion for dry skin. What makes it special compared to other Aveeno products is the added menthol. It cools and soothes the itch from eczema or other dry, itchy skin problems. Much better than even the prescription skin creams and lotions I have tried, and a much better price. Review: The Best Lotion Ever!

Aveeno lotion is expensive and doesn't moisturize as well as other brands. I found myself having to apply it over and over too often, unlike Vaseline Intensive Care or St. Ives.
