Review: Hmmm, Interesting Product, But Is It For Me?

I have used my first tube of this product. I purchased this product to help reduce the freckling/sun spots that have begun under my eye area as this product is suppose to fade dark spots and discolorations, plus reduce blotchiness.
I think this product has helped with the blotchiness and even out my skin tone, but honestly I can't tell if it has helped in fading my dark spots and discolorations. I don't if it just takes a long time of using this product to see results or if it just doesn't work at all.
In addition to helping with blotchiness and overall skin tone, this product feels great on the skin, smells nice, doesn't break out the skin, and contains a SPF 15 and a little goes a long way. I am giving this product 3 stars based on these factors. I am just disappointed that this product hasn't helped fade my dark spots/discolorations as this is what the product claims to do.
