this is not all its hyped up to be its just a chapstick with color....no plumping or other advertised effects experienced. and the lipstick product itself (not the container) is a bit thin compared to other lipsticks and looked like it was cheaply manufactured not the container but the product itself Review: Meh. I have dry, average-sized lips and I was looking for something that would not only condition my lips but improve the health and texture. This product does condition, but no more than any other conditioning lip product I have tried and I found that after 3 months of constant use, my lips didn't look any better than they did before. It doesn't tingle or irritate like other lip plumpers, but it also doesn't really plump like other lip plumpers either. I will say that one good quality is that it was fairly inexpensive (and easy to get a hold of for much less on online auctions). It's not bad, but not miraculous either. Review: Really good product

This works as an excellent lip moisturizer. It has helped my dry lips like nothing else ever has. As for the plumping, I do get a tingle when I apply, but I don't notice much difference. I don't think this is a plumper in the sense that many people think of, like that of DuWop Venom where it gives noticeable results. It does plump lips from the standpoint that lips will look fuller because they are not dry, cracked or flaky. If you are looking for something to give you bee stung lips, this is nowhere near that strong. If you are looking for the most fantastic lip moisturizer, this is the one to have hands down. The majority of the reviews would lead the average buyer to believe that this product is the best thing ever. IT'S NOT. If you read all of the reviews....everyone says the same, "the moisture is wonderful"...or..."lasts super long". But you read NOTHING about the plumping factor. News: This is called a "Plumping lip conditioner". I agree....it's a great moisturizer. But, I get the same effect if I put on carmex under my lipstick. So, I am really not understandying the hype.
I have gone through 2 tubes already.....giving it the benefit of the doubt, trying to judge fairly. I notice no difference.
So, if you are looking for a great base that works well with colored lipsticks and helps keep your lips moist, then GREAT!!! You will love this.
But don't take the "plumping" thing seriously. It doesn't work that way.
