Review: Great Liner, but not Smudgeproof

I bought this liner out of desperation. I live in Louisiana where the weather is ALWAYS HOT and MUGGY. While it did stay on better than the average eyeliner, it still smudged after abut a half day's wear. Review: Love this liner!

I have worn this liner since they started selling it, for many years. It is the best liner I've ever worn. Sometimes it will smudge a little, but usually it lasts all day. I would recommend it to anyone. Review: Not that great

I bought this eyeliner in chocolate brown and it goes on darker than that. Almost black. It's also not run proof (might be waterproof though). An hour goes by with this Avon stuff on and it's down my face. It's better than nothing I suppose but I will not be buying this again.
I usually buy Revlon's color stay but have trouble finding brown shades in that brand on Amazon. I usually end up buying charcoal color from Revlon but put less on. I would buy REVLON color stay again and only that from now on! No more desperation moves for me.
