Product reviews of BECCA Luminous Skin Colour Review: Light and dewy but with an excellent coverage! Beauty product: 5 StarsI have tried several foundations in the past. My skin is very oily at the end of the day and I tend to break out. I have tried Smashbox, Laura Mercier, Clinique and several others: they were either too heavy or dried my skin out and tended to crack/peel on my skin. They also sometimes did not match my skin color correctly. Being Filipino with a light yellow/olive complexion and an oil problem, I try to find one that is light with good coverage so that it doesn't completely cover my skin like a heavy matte foundation. That, I think, is the reason this foundation is so good: it lets your skin tone shine because it's light, even as it hides imperfections and correct problem areas. I use the color Camel and am about to purchase my second bottle. Here in Maryland where it gets very humid and hot in the summer, this foundation lasts from 9am in the morning till I get home and wash it off. It's so light on your face, though, that it doesn't feel as though it's melting off. In fact, my face looks dewy instead. I would recommend, however, investing in some good concealer as well in case you have serious break outs. Trust me, you will be highly pleased with Becca's foundation :) Now I just need to find a perfect concealer that doesn't dry the delicate skin around my eye to match. I have both Mary Kay and Stila and they are both drying my skin out...
