I have very fine, wavy hair and have tried hundreds of products to add body and shape. This stuff is absolutely fantastic. My hair is somewhat short, so I use a dime sized dollop, rub together in wet hands and smooth through wet hair, then blow dry. A tube lasts a long time because you don't need much product to get great results. Of all the thickening, extra-body products I've used over the years, this is the best. I highly recommend it! I have medium coarse hair that is thinning, ugh! My stylist used this product and it worked wonders! It's called a paste, but it didn't leave any kind of yucky sticky product feeling. She applied it before drying and my hair looked MUCH thicker. It also added shine AND softness. And as a a bonus it smells awesome! I'd buy this again in a heartbeat!
