I bought 2 of the dryers, gave one to my daughter as a Christmas gift, kept one for myself, plugged mine in it worked for 5 seconds and has not worked since. My daughters works fine and she loves hers, but I cannot get anyone from BaByliss to respond back to me. I sent a message to them and have not heard a word from them. Would love to exchange mine for a working model. Review: Worth every penny
