I purchased this product due to the brand, which I have heard nothing but good things about. I have very long, straight, thick soft hair...usually curls well, but all this did was crimp sections, it looked horrid. I played with settings, but it's just not a good fit for me. Porcelaine ceramic iron is pretty handy, I like it.
I do not like the Amazon's service, very messy, bad organised, phone connection is not acceptable. Sorry to say this, but I had bad time trying to solve my problem.

I like everything about this curling iron, except for the price. It heats well, and is comfortable to use. It does not seem to me to be three times better than the $15 to $20 ones I have purchased locally.
