What's sad is the reviewer above me (and the only one listed when I posted this) gave a low review for the BaByliss 5000 when they clearly state it was the 5500 NOT the 5000 they received and used.
I actually had another hair dryer by this company that stopped working after owning it less than a year. I sent it in and received this BaByliss 5000 as it's replacement. I was very surprised since this is a professional hair dryer, so that alone should tell you how they treat and handle their customer service: TOP NOTCH! =)
This dryer dries fast, it's easy to hold, has the quick spray cold button, and is below average on noise. I absolutely love it! It's the BEST hair dryer I've ever owned! And while I never ever thought I would put out this kind of $ for a hair dryer, I am going to pick up a 2nd one as my back up and reserve. It's that good! =)
