This is a fantastic, lightweight gel with plenty of hold. It is great for fine hair because it doesn't drag it down. It allows holding power without the stiffness sometimes experienced with other firm hold products. It works on both short and medium length hair (don't know about long hair). It imparts a feeling of fullness and body. I hightly recommend it!
