Review: very white and we still got burned!!

this has gotten such great press, but we were really unhappy with it. we use other chemical-free sunscreens so weren't too offended by the white color or the thickness of it, but the fact that we got burned while wearing it, well that's just ridiculous. we even tried it more than one time, but with the same result. i gave it two stars rather than one only because they're trying to be environmentally friendly. Review: works well, but thick thick thick

I hate the way this stuff goes on. Its so heavy you only need the tiniest drop, and it feels thick going in. After a few minutes it *mostly* absorbs, however it is still not a terribly nice base for makeup application.
All that said, it works well as a sunscreen and you don't have to feel bad about the ingredients if you're a daily wearer like I am. However, next time I'll probably try something else.
