Don't waste your money on this product. It only heated up one time with a new battery & it never got hot after the first time. I bought a Blink heated eyelash curler & it works great. Review: Not worth even the $10

Does not heat well enough to curl lashes; connection is bad so you may think you need a new battery, but you don't. I previously had the Emjoi which disintegrated and it was a much better product; however, Amazon no longer sells it.
