I ordered the items on the 28th of a month and didnt receive the items for a MONTH there after. For what you pay in shipping cost (super inflated!) your products should be to you no later that 2weeks, and thats being nice. I have worked for a product design company that did major shipments globally, I know what is possible and this was just poor customer service.
As far as the product itself..... It is amazing. I do love the way it looks and feels. A lot cleaner and faster than my old make up. Its easier to wash off and clean up. My skin is super sensative and havent had any issues yet. Ive been using for about two weeks now with great results.
