I have sensitive fair skin and Bare Escentuals is the best makeup I have found. I get the package for the value; however, I have purchased items separately. Another plus for the package is that the sizes are a little smaller, which is great for travel. The brushes are extra soft. This is a great value!
Review: Great Package - the Get Started Kit! At an affordable price

Gives you an option of colours and the basic i.d. Bare Minnerals product one would need. Tan and Medium Tan suited my yellow golden skin tone. However, I need to mix both the colours. The brushes were definitely of help and so was the help start DVD on "how to" use the products. I think with such an affordable price - it is a great marketiing tool to garner new users and keep loyalty going. Review: Highly recommend this!

I am very fair skinned and VERY sensitive skinned as well. I have had problems with breakouts in the past couple of years but this makeup covers my scars and the blemishes I still get- which are MUCH fewer now ( I am taking better care of my skin now too though so I dont know how much of the credit to give to the makeup- I started using Proactive Solution at the same time I started using this product)This product also does not irritate my skin like SO may others do.
Anyway I am in love with the way this product covers so smoothly and cant wait to use the bronzer this Spring & Summer! I am VERY pleased with a makeup, FINALLY!

I was pretty impressed. I don't usually do makeup because of a lot of grooves from acne scars. This made my skin look a lot smoother. I just turned 60 and I feel much more confident.
