This stuff is the perfect conceler. I love Bare Minerals in general I have the foundation in Dark, Tinted Mineral Veil, Blush in Laughter and All Over Face Color in Warmth and Glee. I use them all in a mix and match kind of way. Sometime I use the foundation on days when I really need it most or just the Mineral Veil which is great just on it's own, or just the All Over Face Color when I really want to look refreshed.
I didn't have a great conceler though and had been using Boing from Benefit, which is really thick and while it covers up a lot I really wanted to try the Honey Bisque since it has the addded SPF. I'm a lighter skinned Black woman with two toddlers, so I get very little sleep! And this stuff works WONDERS to make me look like I got a full 8 hours beauty rest. I use the tapered concealer brush with it and it blends very well under and around my eye area. The great thing about this product is that you can wear just this alone on days when you really don't feel like any other makeup and you look completly natural..only better!

I have used BM for several years off and on. I have to say I love the concept, however, as the tissue around my eyes has aged, the powder foundation just accentuates the wrinkles. I also need to mention that it DOES sting my eyes....so when I use it (usually only on 'down' days) I stay away from my eye area.
All in all, if a person had pretty good skin and no wrinkles, BM would be a great product, but for aging skin....have to give it a thumbs down. sorry.

I liked Bare Escentuals until I tried Arbonne's products. Arbonne has a lot more choices to get an exact match to skin color. Plus, Arbonne has sunscreen in theirs. Review: Bare Escentuals

B.E. is the best makeup. I hate foundation and have tried many, many over the years. B.E. is the only makeup that I use now. All of my friends whom I have taken for B.E. makeovers end up purchasing. It's light, covers well and lasts forever.
I only buy non animal tested products and those who don't use nanotechnology. B.E. fits the bill on both counts. Members of our investment club are so impressed we bought their stock.
