I wouldn't say this soap is anymore stimulating than any other soap in the shower. BUT, caffeine on the skin is actually a means of protection from skin cancer. I abuse caffeine, guarana & ephedra, so just because this isn't stimulating for me, doesn't mean it isnt stimulating at all.
