I have very fine blonde hair which, if left to its own devices, will lie flat and straight. I got this product after my stylist suggested a blow dry lotion. I used it once, worked about a nickel size blob throughout my hair, and blew it out. Result: amazing hair day. It felt like I had so much more hair with both body and bounce. Review: Very good for fine, straight hair

I have very fine, perfectly straight hair (talk about a double whammy!). I've tried many products to impart some body and volume to my hair, and Superstar Lotion is the best one I've found. I squeeze a small amount onto my palm and work it through my hair after shampooing and towel drying, just before I blow dry my hair. A little bit goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a long time. The lotion is quite sticky on my hand and has a pretty strong fragrance, but it's not sticky on my hair, and the fragrance dissipates. I keep my hair short (fine and straight do not make for well-behaved long hair), and Superstar does a good job imparting volume. Review: Volume: kind of. Clean looking hair: no.

I have been using this product about every two or three days for two weeks after a shampoo and before drying, hoping it would be what I was looking for. It does seem to add some volume, although it's not as "superstar" as I was hoping. It's really more textured than voluminous. But after a couple hours, my hair looks stringy and not clean. I have wavy'ish hair that tends to get a bit oily as the day goes on, but not this fast! Since it was so pricey I think I will pass it on to someone else instead of throwing it away but I won't be using this anymore. Review: Watered down ???

Seems like product was used and sold to me as new. Product was not
factory sealed. I have used this product for years and will never buy online
again.
