Review: Big long lashes--little black flakes

This mascara does give you great looking long, thick, black lashes, and very flirty looking eyes. It doesn't have as much of a problem with clumping as say, a drugstore mascara (like Maybellene), but I still go over my lashes post-application with a toothbruth anyway. The only drawback of this mascara is that it flakes a little onto your under eyes if you wear it for 8 hours straight with no touch up. It flakes even if you're only wearing it on your top lashes and especially if you've go it on the bottom lashes or your doing anything that gets you sweaty (it's not waterproof). But this mascara is great looking for a couple of hours--use it for a date! Review: Biggest Wand Ever Made

The wand is absolutely huge! WHich makes it a little awkward to use actually. Especially when you want to get into those corner or lower lashes. I felt it gooped it on much to fast. The application wasn't even. The tube is quite large so you are getting alot of product for the price you pay. I do think you can get better results with other brands. I tried this mascara because it's received raves in several beauty magazines. While it didn't irritate my eyes (as many other mascaras do) it smudged and gave me raccoon eyes in a just a few hours. It did an OK job lengthening and thickening but I can't get past the under-eye smudges. After 2 weeks, I'm trashing it and going back to my tried & true Chanel. That's what I get for straying!! I've always heard about how great BadGal mascarra is. After buying it 2 weeks ago for the first time, I'm even more confused. It goes on evenly - yes, but it just doesn't give me the desired effect that I would hope for. For $20, I could buy TWO of MAC's best mascarras - now THAT's good mascarra!
The wand is huge - it's like rubbing a pinecone with black paint on your eyelashes...I just don't see why the head of the wand is so big, it makes it very difficult getting the inner corner of your eyes coated with the appropriate ammount of mascarra without accidentally rubbing the tip of the wand on your skin by the eye/nose area. It's just awkward for me.
I don't know, maybe I'm just biased, but I'm very disappointed in this supposed fantastic mascarra. It sure didn't open my eyes up like other mascarras in this price range.
Review: Dramatic Length, doesn't last

This mascara does build dramatic length, *almost* like false lashes. It doesn't wear well over time though. It might be great for a (not-too-long) night out. I love trying mascaras, but always come back to my favorite, ALMAY One Coat.
