I have to say when I was at the benefit counter and they suggest plum mascara I was a little shocked. However, after going back and purchasing this on Amazon I could not be happier. My green eyes totally pop with this color and I love it. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 is because it's definitely not water proof and it takes a few coats to get really plump looking lashes. Other than that - I love it! Totally unique and will buy again. Review: not bad, BADgal

why doesn't mascara come in more colors? I took a chance on this plum (wine) color, because black doesn't look right with the red shades of my hair coloring and it's hard to find a good quality brown. it takes just a couple strokes to make skimpy lashes look full, if you use too much it will flake a bit. Review: plum looked too red

I expected this mascara to look more purple than red. I felt like my eyes looked red so I will only be buying a dark purple when I buy in that color family.
