Yes, this is a "sample" and it does say "not for resale" on the pkg. BUT look at the price! I have been hesitant to try a liquid lip stain & this gave me the opportunity without breaking the bank. As it turns out, I love this stuff! I am ordering the other color now ... and yes, I will order the sample size again to see what it looks like on me. The Positint itself is great, I like this than benetint. The color is beautiful pink red for lips and cute pink for cheeks. But this mini bottle is so so small, so I had to buy a regular one. Go get a big one! Review: Product Sample

I was very surprised when my package arrived and my Posietint Mini was a sample sized product. The words "Not for Sale" are even printed on the packaging. Despite the amount received, I did really like the product. It was easy to apply and the color smoothed out well. It also lasted longer than I expected a sample to last. I wouldn't recommend spending money on a sample, but if you can get this product for free during a Benefit Cosmetics promotion, it's a nice treat. Review: Very Pink

First off I want to tell everyone out there not to buy this mini tint for 10 dollars. In the Amazon Sephora store there is a gift set called Benefit Bestsellers and it is only 10 dollars. In it you get a sample of Hello Gorgeous, Some Kinda Girl Face Primer, Posietint mini and moon beam mini (I believe it's moonbeam). For the exact same price you can get a lot more including this mini version on posietint.
Now for the product, I adore benefits lip tints, I never use the cheek ones because I have sensitive red skin (no blush required) but I do use a lot of the lip ones. Personally I found this to be a little too pink and didn't last as long as the darker stains did. I found though that this was a pretty good shade to use as a base layer if I were going to wear pinker shades or glosses. All in all though if you love this color on your skin just buy it in the ful size, it'll last a lot longer, or better yet get that benefit bestsellers and become addicted more of their products.

I can't see this product on my lips. My lips are not that red to hide the color of lip stain. It looks nice on my cheeks but doesn't last longer than any regular blush. way overpriced
