This shaving cream is excellent. I have used many different shaving creams both gel and creams and this is one of the best. I usually have pretty abrasive shaves but with this cream my shave was smooth. I am prone to getting break outs do to shave burn irration and since using this I haven't had a break out yet. A lot of guys will shave in the shower so that their beard will soften, with this cream that softening step really isn't needed. This cream feels very different then your normal shave cream as it doesn't lather and is made of silicon which provides a frictionless surface over the face. It's expensive, but I think it's well worth it. Review: Best Shave Cream

I have really sensitive skin and always dreaded the morning shave. Until I found this product. It gives me a smooth, close shave without nicks or cuts, and it leaves my skin soft and looking good, with no little red bumps. I don't know why this thick cream works so much better than the foamy stuff I was using for years, but it does. Review: Best Shaving Cream on the Market

I discovered Billy Jealousy at The Shave of Beverly Hills while trying out 4-5 new creams. Hydroplane stood out from the rest and I've been using it ever since. The Shave no longer carries it, so now I buy it on Amazon. It's also at Nordstrom.
What's great about it is that the lube never fades while on your face, so when you need to go over a rough patch again, you can just smear it around and shave away. Feels good. Smells good. I strongly recommend it!
