Review: Worth every penny

Yes, this seems like expensive stuff. The first time I used it, being too cost conscious, only a small amount was used. This "error" was realized part way through shaving by my amazement at the comfort even though there was very little on my head (I'm a HeadBlader). After the first experience, I use a little bit more but still way less than with any other type of shave cream or gel. On a cost per use perspective, this product compares well with anything else I've used and none compare to the comfort and total lack of irritation.
For me, this is the PERFECT shave cream.
Edited to add: my blades now last much longer - the hair seems to soften after a minute or so of applying the cream making it easier to shave.

This product is so good that I actually paid TSA $15 to have it shipped rather than confiscated when I forgot to pack it in my luggage. My wife thought I was out of my mind as I was surrounded by agents who probably thought likewise. But - after purchasing a new Panasonic shaver and the shave cream I found such a wonderful result from both products that I did not want to give it up. Bought this in addition to the Panasonic Arc IV shaver. Combined it makes for a great shave. I occasionally use it with my safety razor too and it works well, as long as one is careful. Review: Good but not the best...

Took a little while to get used to the silicon base but this shave cream works well. Now is it worth the premium price? Perhaps not. I think it is a good "special occasion" type product. Perhaps I am putting too much thought into shaving. For day to day I like Aveda. Review: overrated

THis product was touted to be the best lubricant available. Sorry, not even close. I use Lush Razorantium and it is far superior. It is a better lubricant, odorless, virtually nick-proof and efficient.
I have tried virtually every brand available from luxury to inexpensive and Lush tops them all. It is a lotion style cream...not foaming.
My beard is tough and my skin is somewhat sensitive if that helps for informational purpose.
