This does stay on much better than most eyeliners. It is a harsher, 1990's look rather than a light accent. It does not smear to soften. However,if you are looking for staying power this eyeliner has it. Review: LOVE THIS PRODUCT

I love this eyeliner, and won't use anything else! It stays on most of the day without smearing. I even use it on my lashes as mascara. And you can rub it off when you choose.
It does take some getting used to with the little paintbrush, (Anchor your hand against your cheek & forehead during application.) Also, it can dry quickly - causing clumping around the container. I did notice by day's end, it sometimes would "crackle" from dryness... likely influenced if you have dry skin.

I had trouble controlling the product. It took several tries before I got a nice even line. However, due to the heavy line, I ended up looking like a raccoon. It was hard not to get the product on the lashes, so it made the lashes stick together. As a result, when you need to apply mascarra,the lashes are 'stuck' together from the eye liner.
