Product reviews of Blinc Kiss Me Mascara, Black Review: The worst beauty product ever purchased Beauty product: 1 Stars
I saw the ad for this product and was intrigued. I bought it from a local high end spa so I assumed it would be worth the price. It is the worst beauty product I've ever purchased. It simply does nothing. It certainly doesn't thicken lashes and barely lengthens them. As for the "tubes" concept...talk about marketing b.s. It goes on exactly like mascara and is indestinguishable than the traditional kind.
Don't waste your money.
Review: Works as it Claims Beauty product: 4 Stars
Really does work the way it says it will! Doesn't smudge or create racoon-eyes because the mascara dries into a latex/plastic-like substance. Haven't had it long enough to be able to say how long the tube lasts, but be careful about leaving it open for too long at a time! It will probably shorten the lifespan of your tube. The only drawback is that when taking it off "with water and a gentle rubbing motion" once in awhile a lash comes along with it... but perhaps those lashes were already loose and going to come out anyways? Good thing they are constantly being re-grown! :)
Review: Worthless Beauty product: 1 Stars
Without reservation, the worst mascara I have ever used. I am going to have to buy another product because I cannot wear this. It is very clumpy, goes on extremely thick, and simply put, does not look classy at all.
Review: flakes on me Beauty product: 3 Stars
I have tried them all, and after many tries with Blinc, it still flakes on me. I have tried to go very light with the application, as well as typical. Neither adjustment helped for me. I do not touch my eyes throughout the day, I wear glasses. This was going to be "the best" and I anticipated it being the end to my flake proof mascara dilemma. I purchased the purple and the black. The purple is a great bright color.
Review: flaky Beauty product: 3 Stars
Yes, there's no doubt that it is impossible for this mascara to transfer. It has a very clean appearance and isn't really designed to be a voluminous mascara. My only complaint is that I noticed that throughout the day, the fibers that are used to "tube" the lashes, tend to flake off... I will admit that while I don't miss this mascara, it was fun to see the tubes just slide off onto your fingers with warm water :)
