No smudges, ever! Washes off with water.
Lots of tears may make it come off, but it comes off in little threads.
Can't reapply after it dries, but there's really no need to reapply during the day, as it doesn't rub off or smudge. Lengthens without clumping.

This is great mascara. Washes off oddly but easily. However, my favorite way to use it(an idea I got from another reviewer here,thank her!) is to use it as the topmost coat since this mascara doesn't build very thick lashes. Sooo, I use another lash thickener type mascara, then use Blinc as the top coat. Works great this way and NEVER rubs off onto my evidently oily eyelids. Other mascaras always rubbed off onto my droopy upperlids no matter WHAT they promised. This one doesn't!!!!! Review: Great Mascara

I have been using this mascara for over 2 years. It wears well and is very easy to remove (you don't need more than gentle pressure and water). The only experience that I have had with flaking is if I start rubbing my eyes at the end of a long day. All in all I would have to rate this as my favorite mascara of all time. I purchased this hoping it would make my average-length lashes look thicker and play up the glamour. While the application was simple, it looked VERY natural - there was very little in terms of making my lashes look fuller or elongating them. That in and of itself wasn't necessarily a deal breaker, but removing the product was - I was incredibly gentle both times I used it, but both times I lost lashes. Given that lashes grow back at an insanely slow rate, if at all, this is not a product that I would recommend.
I will be going back to Benefit Bad Gal Lash, no doubt.

I had lasik surgery a year ago and have not been able to wear mascara since. My friend recommended this so I gave it a shot.
It coats your lashes in little rubbery tubes. It looks like regular mascara. It doesnt irritate my eyes. It only comes off unexpetedly if I start crying really hard. Which is embarrasing already so it doesnt really matter if I have little black worms on my face when I am done. It comes off with water. you just wet your fingers or a cloth or whatever and grip your lashes between your fingers and pull gently and like magic those little tubes just come right off. I take mine off in the shower, super slick!
There are two drawbacks:
1-If I get an itchy eye, this stuff holds on so good that if I rub too hard I'll lose an eyelash or two. That hurts a bit.
2- You have to wait 2 minutes to let it dry. If you sneeze during that two minutes you have a mess on your hands. Your eye lashes stick together and you have little black marks all over your cheek. So you have to start over.
I will still never go back to regular mascara.
