I purchased this bliss toner on a whim while traveling in NY. It seemed a bit pricey @ 30.00 but my dry winter skin was parched and I needed more relief than my regular moisturizer. I was so happy that I made this wonderful discovery. I don't need it so much in the summer, but as soon as fall arrives I will have two bottles on the way to my beauty counter. The texture is silky and it's effects are cooling. One bottle last a long time with daily use. I love the whole Youth line @ Bliss.
