When I bought this, Amazon had some sort of promotion I wasn't even aware of and I got it free (I love this site). I steam my face with a facial steamer, and then press the circle randomly on my nose over the large pores - it's amazing what comes out.
UPDATE: While it squeezes stuff out well, parts of it are going rusty. Ew.
