I have gotten my teeth whitened with the BriteSmile Zoom thing in the dentist's so I was happy with that and I have tried the different follow up products out there because it's been a couple years, I like this one, I did see results. It is a little gooey if you paint on too much, but I think you will see your teeth looking brighter. I liked it. :) I think if you do it regularly you will too. I also have used GoSmile, I like their lemonade toothpaste, and their products are fun, not sure how much lighter they make my teeth, but it's hard to tell. This one I did notice a brightening effect.
