I can't believe that I actually pay this amount for shampoo - but it really does work! (I use the conditioner and finishing cream, too) I have naturally wavy hair. The shampoo is rich, rich, rich and you don't have to wash twice. Once gets the job done. My only complaint: for the price, why can't B&B make this stuff WITHOUT sodium laurel sulfate? Because of this, I only use this shampoo for special occasions and give it only 3 stars. I think something that costs this much should be safe to use, too. Memo to B&B: wise up! I bought this for my sister who has been using it for three days. She has very curly, thick hair. She is using the shampoo, conditioner and styling cream. She LOVES these products. For the first time in her life, she has frizz-free hair that is soft and has no knots. This product also has a nice clean scent. She highly recommends the products. I've used this product on my coarse, thick, curly hair for years and it does exactly what it promises without buildup. Unfortunately, it took three weeks to get it from this seller. Review: Tames curly hair...though you have to use a cleanser once a week as well

I love the Curl Conscious line. However, recently I've heard B&B is using lesser quality ingredients. B&B don't cut down on quality. Also, I use a hair cleanser once a week, as this does leave a bit of build-up on my hair.
