[This is a review of the product only, not the service or seller.] I love this conditioner! Though I agree, it's not very volumizing, I think it still volumizes a bit. Still, I prefer this conditioner to others out there because it's very natural/organic and not harmful to my hair. I love it and plan on using it for a very long time to come! And one bottle has lasted me a very long time! Review: my favorite conditioner

I use this with the matching shampoo, and I love them both! It does work pretty well volumizing my hair, but I have thick hair to begin with. It's not overly sticky and doesn't really leave residue on your hair (other than a great clean smell!) and it's pretty good with tangles. I'm very pleased with this, and after paying upwards of $35 per bottle of shampoo or conditioner from my salon and not being happy with the results, I think this is an inexpensive conditioner that is well worth the money! Review: natural conditioner destroys pantene easily!!!

Wow after you try this shampoo and conditioner combo from burt's bees you will never go back those regular shampoos that contain sodium sulfates, parabans, phthalates, laureth sulfates, and harsh perservatives all these destroy and dry out your hair. Review: no show

The company sent an email that said it would be about a month before they could send the product. At the end of that time they notified me that it was no longer available. My account was promptly refunded.
I am glad they did a good job of crediting my account; I wish they had not taken so long to let me know the product was not available through them. I did buy it elsewhere.
