Wow what an awesome product! This Chi flat iron makes miracles in my hair! The color is bright turqouise with sparcles but you can't really tell in the picture, its really pretty. The spray works perfectly and the iron is the best iron I have ever used. Leaves my hair soft and straight in minutes. Review: horrible service, broken product

This vendor sent me a broken product. Then would not contact me until I filed a formal complaint with amazon. In addition, after I returned the product it took several weeks and several emails to get my refund. Horrible service. Will never order form them again
