I am fifty years old and this is the best hair brush I have ever owned. It is a wonderful all purpose brush, even for curly hair like mine! The soft gel grip is extremely comfortable. Be careful not to punture the handle though, because the gel leaks out and sticks to everything(I learned the hard way when my dog chewed up the handle.)
