Review: Best Moisturizer for My Son!

I really love the Carol's Daughter Hairmilk on my 11 month old son's hair. He has soft curly hair, which can dry out very easily. Once I started using hairmilk on his curls, they instanly became soft, very moist, and defined! The shine and curls lasted all day compared to other products I have used. So hairmilk gets 5 stars from me!

I was looking for a light moisturizer for my relaxed hair that wouldn't weigh it down or be greasy. All the other reviews I read were from persons with natural hair but I thought to give it a try. So far, I like it. I use it sparingly after a wash or before I apply heat to my hair. I also use it to two strand twist my 3 year old niece's natural hair and I love the way it comes out. All in all I think this is a good product and I would recommend it. Also, a lot of other reviews complained of the smell. My personal opinion is although it is lemon scented it is soft and not overbearing. I really can't even smell it after a day or so and my husband hasn't complained-I say that b/c if it was a harsh smell he'd be the first person to let me know.

Thus product has a very nice texture (not to oily and or greasy and it does not weight the hair down as similiar moisturizers do) and scent to it. However it is too expensive and you can find something just as good for about a third of the price. My advice...give it a try only if you are dying to try something from the Carols Daughter prodcut line (as it has been raved about)but do not expect too much more from the product than you could get from a comparable beauty supply product(s).
