I have locs, and use the Elixir as as pre and post shampoo deep conditioner and it has done wonders for my hair. My hair has become noticeably dryer the older I get, and since starting my locs it has only gotten worse. This is the first product that I have found in the last 5 years of wearing my locs that makes a significant difference in the appearance and overall well being of my hair. I also use the Loc Butter by CD and it keeps my hair looking impeccable for a considerable amount of time. You only need a small amount of this product to do the trick. I also immediately fell in LOVE with the scent.
