I have been battling acne and oily skin my entire life and didnt really want to use this product. I thought it would be heavy and make my oil and acne worse. But, I was proven wrong. Just a few days after using this cream, along with the gentle cleanser, my face had way less oil and my pore size was much smaller. I have now used the cleanser and moisturizer for two months now and couldnt be happier. Ive tried almost everything with varying results, from Proactive to expensive products, and havent been as happy with them as I am with the Cetaphil line of products. Highly recommended! I find this to be a very rich moisturizer, great for the legs, hands ,arms, etc. It was a bit heavy for my face, but it would probably be good in a drier climate. I did like the feel of it on my cheeks and eye area, but it was too much for my not-so-dry ""T-zone"" area. Very much like prescribed lotion my son has used in the past, with no medicinal or perfumed fragrance. Overall, this is a very good product for those with dry skin, or just for winter dried/chapped skin. I'd easily recommend this to anyone with very dry skin. I have very dry skin and usually have to put lotion on two or three times a day. I put on this product in the morning and never needed to reapply it. I really enjoyed this product. My skin is very sensitive and was really dry from the winter weather. Cetaphil worked well and wasn't greasy. It made my dry skin feel great. I also liked that it was light to use everywhere but rich enough to use on tough areas like my cuticles and feet. Everyone in my family used it with great results -- even our baby!
