I would like to think that Chanel has great quality products..especially for their price. I absolutely did not get what I paid for with this set of eyeshadows. I got them in neutral colors (dark brown, gold, rose, and pearl shades) and you literally have to SCRAPE at them to get any onto the brush. They are extremely hard. I would NOT buy this product again! The compact is nice and the packaging was cute but that was it. Absolutely not worth $60 when you can find better quality at a local drugstore for $5.

***EDIT: I visited Saks Fifth Avenue today and looked at this exact same product. It was very smooth and soft, COMPLETELY different then what I ordered here. If you want REAL Chanel makeup I suggest going to your local department store.
