This is not one of those gadgets that you use one time and throw away into the drawer. I use it every morning and night. OI have oily skin, and my pores would be blocked up. It gets my face cleaner than it ever was before. It gets all makeup off and your face feels amazing after using it. I can't picture anyone saying anything bad about this product. It is expensive buy WAYYYYY worth it. I had to buy one for my Mom and sister as well. They rave about this Clarsonic as well. I was looking at my skin last night and was like "WOW>.. I have NEVER had clear skin like this before in my life!" I hope this helps some of you.
