Review: Liquid version of their classic bar soap!

This is a great facial cleanser for those with combination skin (dry in the cheeks, sometimes oily in the T-zone). I switched over from Cetaphil to this because I think it does a more thorough cleanse, especially with getting makeup off, and appears to be just as gentle. The pump makes it convenient to use and it's affordably priced. Definitely recommend! Review: Is that industrial cleaner I smell?

I love Clinique products in general, but I don't like the soap in the liquid form ... it has a strong chemical smell to it and I find myself holding my breath while washing my face. I much prefer the bar soap, and wouldn't buy the liquid again, for all that it seemed much more convenient. No complaints on cleaning-ability. Review: Squeaky Clean

I use this cleanser in the morning as a primer for other cosmetics. At night I use the rinse off foaming cleanser, followed by the liquid mild facial soap, clarifying lotion 2, and Dramatically different lotion. This soap works very well, delivering a very clean, open pore feeling. It doesn't take mascara off that well, but that's why I use the rinse off foaming cleaser at night first! Very good all purpose cleanser!
