This is a lip "treatment" not meant to be a gloss or lipstick or anything else as far as I am concerned. A friend of mine had outpatient surgery on his face and his lips were really cracked...he'd tried all of the lip treatments, i.e. Chapstick, to no avail. I pulled this out of my purse, "Here try this". It really, really helped him. So when I came down w/cancer and started the chemo I was so dry, especially my lips. Pulled out this Lip Treatment and used it every night AND during the day. Great, great stuff. They used to have one that was tinted with a bit of red, wish they still have it, but nonetheless, this is the answer for anyone w/seriously dry lips.
