Review: awfully disappointing experience, fake perfume, never saw my money back

Very disappointing untrustful seller. I purchased Coco Mademoiselle ( my favorite perfume ever!) from this seller ( Tim Taieb seems to be the person of contact). It arrived on time, but it wasn't an original authentic Coco Mademoiselle. The fragrance had nothing to do with the French perfume - that I've been using for several years now (bought in France or US). I contacted the seller and explained the situation. He assured me that if I send the item back, he will refund my amazon account. I did send the item back, a month ago. Since that time, no news from Tim Taieb, nor from Great Fragrance Rus. I kept on sending him emails, asking for my money back. No answer, nothing. I purchase a lot of items via amazon.com, but I've never had such an awful unpleasant experience. This person knows nothing about the basic rules of commerce politeness and courtesy. I am very very disappointed. Review: completely dissatisfied

I find dealing with Super Fragrances to be unacceptable. I placed a fragrance order that was billed to my credit card. When it arrived, I found it to be defectice. I was told to send it back for a refund. Instead of the refund agreed upon,product was sent to me again and a charge was again put on my credit card a second time! This item was returned twice and I still have not been refunded! I find this company dishonorable-buyers beware! this does not deserve one star Review: perfume

product looks to be new. hasn't been opened. purchased as a gift. i'll know more then. came in a timely manner. no complaints. will use seller again.
