Okay, so it's the only thing I've ever used... but these are AMAZING!! I have never been satisfied with my lacking chest. But with these Takeouts, I'm THRILLED!! It IS the better boob job! Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to look GREAT! Review: Great buy!

I was impressed! They definitely aid in filling out my bra! They aren't very heavy, like other brands. I can put them in a strapless bra, and they stay put. They aren't 'bulky' either. I have even used them in a bathing suit! Worth the money! I get plenty of use out of them.
I bought the 'take-outs' along with the 'original looks' inserts, and the take-outs were much better! The 'original looks' were bulky and heavy, uncomfortable, and with a $16 pricetag it makes sense why. Spend a little extra, get the take-outs!

These are great when used with a great bra - like Victoria's Secret Very Sexy. If used in a bathing suit or with an "unpadded" bra, you'll get that torpedo boob shape from the 60's. Overall I'm pleased. I wish they'd make them a little more rounded though! Review: Great to even out uneven boobage

I bought this product after several reading reviews on many similar items. I've worn the enhancers several times. Not on both breasts, but on one. Nature sometimes doesn't leave everyone with the same weight on both sides.
I've slipped one onto the bottom,under the breasts to even out the weight in the bra cup and one on top of the breast to help fill the cup size.
To this date, I am really satisfied with the product.
The only down fall I've noticed is the silicone likes to stick and while it only bothers the nipple area on me it may bother others if they have sensitive breasts. An easy fix though, I dropped both silicone inserts into silk stocking knee highs (one knee high per insert) and the problem is solved.
I would recommend this product to anyone looking to enhance a bit on both sides or to help one play catch up with the other. Now I can wear shirts that I've avoided because they really showed the unevenness. I Love the self confidence this product has helped bring back.
