The worst thing about this mirror was that the light was way too dim for my use: 60 years old and need bright light, as well as the 10x magnification. In addition, the bulb was not sunlight, only daylight. I took another reviewer's advice and bought a Zadro SLV410: Dimmable Sunlight Vanity Mirror. PERFECT! One advantage is that with this mirror, you can replace the bulb when it burns out.
